451- 234 Environmental Visualisation and Mapping

4 hours per week during Semester 2 have been allocated for lectures and practical work
Lectures schedule from 4.15 pm to 6.15 pm on Tuesdays in Theatre C2
Practical work is scheduled for 11am to 1 pm Thursday or 1 pm to 3 pm on Friday (ECR 5)

Overview

Six weeks are devoted to aspects of 2D mapping, map algebra and digital elevation modelling. The second half of the semester is concerned with 3D representation of data and environments..
