Whittlesea City Council   Request for tender   Tender Number   45144602     Closing Date   26/10/01 at 5:00pm     Description   Optimal routing and management for rubbish and recycling collection vehicles.             Whittlesea city council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified organisations to develop a system to determine the optimal routing for waste collection within the council.
