Research Title: Designing and building a system to manage property rights, restrictions and responsibilities in the 21st Century

- Changing human behaviours in relation to land - rights vs. restrictions
- Sensible and sustainable natural resource management - salt anyone?
- Equitable access to property and housing - not just the baby boomers?
- Understanding the boom/bust cycle of our land markets - money grubbing or ignorance?

Rohan completed a Geomatics/Information Systems double degree in 2003. During his time as an undergraduate he recieved a number of departmental awards and also made
several appearances on the Deans Honours List (Science and Engineering).
Rohan has tutored in Telecommunications, Organisational Change and Subdivision subjects for both the Geomatics and Information Systems Departments. Other work experience includes cadastral and engineering survey work with firms based in Melbourne and regional Victoria.
